Interesting look at how Yelp is cutting into the market share of big restaraunts in the exact same way that mp3 downloads cut into recording industry profits.
Music is effectively a public good now since the internet started making mp3 files available. And sadly the recording industry thinks they can maintain the status quo if they just throw enough new laws and court cases at the problem.
